We are a family-run business based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire Established in 1994, we have almost 30 years’ experience. We cover Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax, Leeds, Bradford, Doncaster, Barnsley and all surrounding areas.
We are happy to carry out work at legal aid rates when necessary. We also provide a fixed fee service for private paying clients should they not qualify for this. This ranges from £100 to £140 plus VAT depending on the service address. This allows up to three attempts. Wakefield and surrounding areas are £100 plus Vat. Leeds, Dewsbury, Batley and Barnsley is £120 plus Vat. Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Doncaster is £140 plus Vat. Please call for prices if unsure.

What We Provide
We are happy to carry out work on legal aid rates where applicable. Alternatively we can offer a fixed fee service for privately paying clients. We bring a unique and personal approach to each case, and as these types of procedures and services can be overwhelming for many people,. We approach each case in a friendly and professional manner.
We work for over fifty local firms of solicitors and are always looking to expand. We also work on behalf of the local authority serving legal documents regularly. A small selection of local firms we regularly undertake work for include Makin Dixon, Ramsdens, Henry Hyams, JWP, Switalski's, Ison Harrison, King Street (Wakefield), Thornton Jones Family Law, Wright & Co, MKB and Hartley & Worstenholme.
We provide a detailed statement of service on every matter (or Affidavit where required)
We also offer a tracing service should you need to locate a missing family member, witnesses for a case, bad debtors, respondent in a family matter etc. This is on a no trace no fee basis and is a fixed cost of £120 plus Vat.
